Rates & Policies

  • $200 - $275 per night, double occupancy. Additional $50 per night for one additional guest (accommodated in premium rooms)
  • Two night minimum May through October.
  • Three night minimum on major holiday weekends: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day.
  • Full-week and mid-week special rates are available.
  • Business travelers gladly accommodated.
  • Call us for off-season rates.
  • Ellis House is "smoke free."


Check In, Check Out

  • Standard check in time is 4:00 - 6:00 pm, check out 11:00 am. If you cannot meet the check-in time please give us a call as we may be able to accommodate your schedule.
  • Early arrivals are welcome with prior arrangements. We are glad to store your luggage until your room is ready.

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payments:

  • 50% deposit is requested to confirm reservations.
  • Balance is due upon arrival.
  • We accept cash, checks, traveler's checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations may be made up to fourteen (14) days or more prior to your arrival date, with a $50 processing and rebooking fee.
  • Full rates will be charged if your reservation is cancelled fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to your stay, although we will make every effort to rebook your reservation.
  • If rebooking is possible, a $50 processing and rebooking fee will be charged.
  • There will be no refund for early departures. Guests are responsible for payment of full reservation.
